Blessed are the peacemakers

Prayers: May the good Lord empower us to be peacemakers and children of God for the rest of our lives.

Our trust is in God

Prayers: Never let us be ashamed, O God!

We have absolute peace in Christ Jesus

“I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world,” John 16:33 (NIV)

Prayers: O Lord, let your peace abide in our lives now and forevermore.

Don’t mingle with evildoers

”Don’t team up with those who are unbelievers. How can righteousness be a partner with wickedness? How can light live with darkness?,” 2 Corinthians 6:14 (NLT)

Prayers: May the light of God in me continue to shine now and forevermore.

God is our divine protector

“The LORD your God is with you, the Mighty Warrior who saves. He will take great delight in you; in his love he will no longer rebuke you, but will rejoice over you with singing,” Zephaniah 3:17 (NIV)

Prayers: May your great power continue to save and protect us from our enemies.

All things are possible with God

“But Jesus looked at them and said to them, “with men this is impossible, but with God all things are possible,” Matthew 19:26 (NKJV).

Prayers: May the Lord continually open the door of opportunities for us.

All Scripture (the Bible) is inspired by God

“All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness,” 2 Timothy 3:16 (NKJV).

Prayers: Open my eyes, O Lord, to see the wonderful things written in your Word.

God has some wonderful plans for you!

“For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the LORD, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future,” Jeremiah 29:11 (NIV)

Prayers: May your great plans be actualized in my life, O God.

Faith, hope, and love

”And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love,” 1 Corinthians 13:13 (NIV)
